1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the digital and licensed nature of our software:

  • All sales are final once a product has been downloaded or activated.
  • No traditional return is applicable once the software has been accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical failure that cannot be resolved by Peruce support
  • Errors in billing

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time after renewal.
